2013 NMPA Convention Wrap-up 

The NMPA 2013 3 day convention wrapped up Saturday October 26.  The convention was preceded by an Inboard Ski Propeller Certification day on Thursday October 24th, sponsored by the certification committee successfully certified 9 members.
